Southern California Information
In January 2010, Rinpoche presented a teaching on “Overcoming Pain, Discovering Joy: Clearing and Transforming the Negative Emotions of the Six Realms.” During this weekend retreat, students were guided towards recognizing how the characteristics of the six realms manifest in the body, energy and mind, and were lead through steps to clear these karmic obscurations by transforming negativities into equanimity and other positive qualities.
